Bleomycin 15 U for Veterinary Oncology
Onco BLEOMIN Links is a sterile lyophilized preparation containing Bleomycin 15 U per vial, developed for veterinary use. It provides veterinarians with a standardized injectable presentation of Bleomycin for the treatment of neoplastic diseases in dogs and cats, according to individual clinical assessment and veterinary prescription.
Composition
Each sterile lyophilized vial contains:
- Bleomycin Sulfate USP equivalent to Bleomycin Activity15 U
- Mannitol USP50 mg
- Sodium Hydroxide USNFq.s.
- Sulfuric Acid USNFq.s.
Indications
For the treatment of neoplastic diseases in dogs and cats, as prescribed by a veterinarian.
Species: Dogs and cats.
Recommended dose

Administration should be performed under veterinary prescription and supervision.

Onco BLEOMIN Links 15 U
Display containing 10 Bleomycin 15 U lyophilized vials + 10 solvent vials.
Each set pairs one Bleomycin 15 U lyophilized vial with one solvent vial for reconstitution — cold-chain packaged and ready for veterinary use.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute the lyophilized product with the supplied solvent using appropriate aseptic technique.
Exact reconstitution volume and resulting concentration will match the final approved package insert.
Storage & stability
Unopened lyophilized product
2°C – 8°CStore refrigerated in the original carton. Short-term temperature excursions during transportation at controlled room temperature, not exceeding 25°C, are acceptable for up to 72 hours. Upon receipt, return the product to refrigerated storage at 2°C to 8°C.
After reconstitution
48h @ 25°C · 10d @ 2–8°CChemical and physical in-use stability is maintained for up to 48 hours at 25°C and for up to 10 days at 2°C to 8°C. From a microbiological point of view, the reconstituted solution should preferably be used immediately.
Warnings & professional use
- Cytotoxic agent.
- For veterinary use only.
- To be used only under veterinary prescription and supervision.
- Monitor for pulmonary and renal toxicity. Avoid use in animals with significant pulmonary impairment.
- Do not use the reconstituted solution if visible particulate matter, discoloration or other signs of deterioration are observed.
